St. John Ministries and Outreach
With One Voice Choir- Sings a variety of music styles for worship twice a month
Angel Choir- Is for preschoolers. They practice during Sunday School and sing for worship once a month.
Hand Bell Choir-Is open to grades 5 and older. We rehearse in 6 week mini sessions throughout the year.
Vocal and Instrumental solos & duets- scheduled throughout the year, especially in summer months. All music groups welcome new members at any time. Music reading skills are helpful but not required. Sunday School for all ages and Confirmation ministry are offered September through May. Sunday school begins on Sept. 8th for anyone preschool & older. The children will be having a "Back to School Party" with games, crafts, refreshments, Bible story activities & a little music. This will also be an Ice Cream Sundae Sunday. Everyone regardless of age is welcome to join us in making their own sundae!
A once a week after school program during the school year for children ages 4 through 5th grade. Transportation from Fairfield Area School District is available. Activities include games, crafts as well as musical activities. Kids' Club sings for worship service once a month (for those who wish to participate). St John Preschool has classes for children ages 3 and 4. The preschool runs from September-May. For more information please call the preschool office at 717-642-6523 or
Vacation Bible Fun Week-
Vacation Bible Fun Week is held in June each year at St. John
from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Preschool through 5th graders are welcome! Church membership is not required!

Ruths Harvest- Fairfield Inc.

Ruth's Harvest-Fairfield, Inc., is a volunteer program that provides hungry children with a backpack of food for them to eat over the weekend period when they are not getting school lunches. They receive individually packed servings of food to cover seven meals and two snacks for Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday.The Fairfield Area School District in partnership with Fairfield Area Churches and businesses has now served the Fairfield School district for 4 years! We are entering our 5th school year.

Fairfield Food Pantry-
St. John collects food for the Fairfield Food Pantry. Please check expiration dates on your food items before placing them in the donation boxes.
Alcoholics Anonymous meets at St. John every Wednesday evening at 8pm.
Lions Club meets at St. John the first and third Tuesday of the month.
The Boy Scouts meet every Thursday evening at 6:30pm.
